Since 1986, BAC has been providing mechanical construction services throughout South Florida.  At any given time throughout a typical year, we will be working on 15-30 projects simultaneously.  Projects range in size from 1,000sf to over 1,000,000sf.  Our scope typical includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, ductwork, building automation, etc.  

A business cannot run efficiently in South Florida without air conditioning.  We offer comprehensive preventative maintenance plans that provide clients with quality care as well as  ongoing maintenance to eliminate costly system interruptions and maximize return on HVAC investments.  

Our pre-construction department is consistently providing budget estimation services as well as design-assist services for your upcoming projects.  By way of current historical data from projects completed by BAC, we can provide realistic budget estimates for our clients.  Schematic, conceptual or design development, we work together with our clients to develop budget estimates.  

Our Pompano Beach facility is fully capable of fabricating sheet metal and fiberglass ductwork for our projects.  Equipped with the latest computer operated, laser guided plasma equipment, we can fabricate virtually anything that can be drawn on AutoCAD.  
Our shop also provides custom sheet metal unrelated to our industry.  

Our staff is committed to working with you to provide a safe environment in which to work.  The prevention of accidents and injuries is the prime objective. All BAC employees are required to train, as well as take an active and constant interest in the prevention of accidents.  We call upon all employees to use good common sense and in all their actions, take a second to think of consequences to your fellow employees.  We cannot overemphasize that all employees must do their part to minimize accidents.
