Patrick Sullivan Sr., founder of BAC, brought 30 years of experience to the table when he started the company in 1986.  Brighton has evolved from a two-man, one truck operation into one of South Florida’s top light commercial HVAC contractors.  Pat Sr. was joined by his wife Terry and son Pete Sullivan shortly after incorporating.  Pat Sr and Terry have since passed on.  The company is now led by the second generation with Pete Sullivan, Patrick Sullivan Jr., and Danielle Sullivan-Ross serving as principals.  Pete and Pat Jr each hold Class “A” Air Conditioning licenses.  

Our mission remains unchanged.  Focus on the client, as this is the most important aspect of our company.  Provide exceptional workmanship while encouraging leadership and an entrepreneurial spirit among all employees.  We accomplish this mission, every single day, through a team effort to fairness, honesty and professionalism.  

The Sullivan’s strong family background and unshakable moral value is shown through the pride taken in every single project we deliver.  Our AMAZING project managers, superintendents, mechanics and technicians are supported by an office staff who coordinate their activities to maximize efficiency.
