Shawmut Design & Construction has selected Brighton Air Conditioning, Inc. as the HVAC contractor for the Yard House Restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.  The Yard House HVAC construction scope shall include (100) tons A/C equipment, sheet metal supply & return air ductwork, exposed spiral piping, welded grease duct, stainless dishwasher duct, automated control system, full air distribution, exhaust, makeup air, etc..
