Brighton A/C has been awarded the mechanical contract for the Morgan Stanley interior renovation @ T-Rex complex / Boca Raton.  HVAC scope shall include new Liebert Split Systems, VAV boxes & digital controls, sheet metal duct work, fiberglas duct work, full air distribution, fire/smoke dampers, digital leak detection systems, chilled water piping, variable frequency drives, digital chilled water flow meters, etc..  Best Interior Construction is the general contractor.
