Shawmut Design & Construction has selected Brighton Air Conditioning, Inc. as the mechanical contractor for the Hard Rock Cafe / Hollywood, FL.  This will be the eighth restaurant for which Brighton has teamed with Shawmut.  Previous projects include multiple Morton's Steakhouse locations, as well as Legal Seafood and Ruth Cris Steakhouse.  The Hard Rock HVAC scope shall include chilled water fan coil units, EMS, chilled & hot water piping, full air distribution, welded grease duct, standard sheet metal, exhaust, makeup air, etc..
