Brighton A/C, Inc. has been selected as the mechanical contractor the the EXPRESS Store #235 @ Palm Beach Gardens Mall.  Brighton's scope includes (28) tons water source heat pump equipment, condenser water piping, (4,000)lbs sheet metal duct work, VAV boxes, air distribution, etc..  Elite Retail Services is the general contractor for the project.  Since 1984, Brighton has completed over one hundred Limited owned stores throughout the South Florida area.
