Arellano Construction has selected Brighton Air Conditioning as the HVAC contractor for (2) ground up buildings for the Community Blood Center of South Florida.  The Miami location scope includes (27.5) tons roof top equipment, VVT boxes, automated HVAC control system, etc.  Lake Osbourn location includes (25) tons roof top equipment, VVT boxes, and fully automated HVAC control system.  Brighton will be responsible for fabricating and installing more than 11,000 lbs of sheet metal for the projects.  Both locations also include generator exhausting, full air distribution, exhaust, outside air louvers, fire dampers, louvers.
