Brighton Air Conditioning, Inc. has been selected as the HVAC contractor for a new 146,000 square foot parking structure in Deerfield Beach.  Mechanical scope shall include mini split systems, exhaust, louvers, fire dampers, etc.  Provisions shall be made during shell construction for retail tenants on the first floor.  This work shall include aluminum roof stands, refrigerant line goosenecks, etc.  Stiles Construction Company is the general contractor.
