Brighton Air Conditioning selected as HVAC contractor for Philips Medical Interior @ Power-1 Credit Union Building  

Brighton Air Conditioning has been awarded the mechanical contract for the tenant interior for Philips Medical in Pembroke Pines.  The 3rd Floor interior project shall be at the Power-1 Credit Union headquarters building in Pembroke Pines.  Last year Brighton completed the shell building, as well as the 1st & 2nd floor, (occupied by Power-1).  HVAC scope includes VAV boxes integrated into the existing EMS, fiberglas duct work, fire dampers, and associated distribution.  Sharpe Project Construction is the General Contractor.
